Terms of use

These candidate terms describe observed technical behavior. Commercial terms, billing, cancellation, support, and contractual identification require validation before publication.

Operational candidate dated October 5, 2026

Use of the service

FoxCMS organizes teams, social accounts, and content in workspaces. Users must provide accurate data, protect their credentials, and manage only accounts and content they are authorized to use.

Roles and permissions

  • Owner and Admin can manage workspace members.
  • Editor can create content; Viewer cannot create posts.
  • Workspace roles do not grant global SaaS administration.
  • The observed invitation flow requires the invitee to already have a FoxCMS account.

Drafting, scheduling, and publishing

Saving without a date creates a draft. The observed engine processes only scheduled posts whose date is due. Publishing to Facebook or Instagram is an external action: the user remains responsible for the selected account, content, media, permissions, recipient, and timing.

  • Instagram requires media through a public HTTPS URL in the observed flow.
  • Facebook may publish text without media.
  • External API failures may prevent or delay publication.

Plans and features

The catalog shows 2/2/30 for Free, 5/6/200 for Starter, 15/20/1000 for Pro, and 50/100/5000 for Agency, in member/account/monthly-post order. Only the member ceiling had confirmed backend enforcement. The catalog lists AI captions and WhatsApp approval on Pro; inheritance by Agency/Enterprise, enforcement, and end-to-end operation were not proven.

Content and external services

Users remain responsible for rights to submitted text and media. Meta and other external services operate subject to their own availability, permissions, and rules. FoxCMS does not control API outages or changes.

Warranties, suspension, and support

The snapshot can suspend or archive workspaces, but it does not contain enough commercial terms to define reasons, notice, or appeal. This candidate does not promise an SLA, refunds, renewal, venue, or campaign outcomes. These points require contractual definition and legal review.
